This system not only incorporates variable-ratio front steering but also active rear-wheel steering, allowing the rear wheels to turn up to +/- 2.5 degrees. At low speeds, the rear wheels steer in the opposite direction to the front wheels to improve manoeuvrability and reduce the turning circle.
