These terms apply to the GeoffTrader site at geofftrader.co.uk.

Use of the site

You may browse listings, create an account, list cars, favourite listings, and contact sellers through the site. Do not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with it, or use it for unlawful activity.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. Do not create accounts for the purpose of spam, impersonation, or abuse. GeoffTrader reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms.

Listings and content

If you list a car, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information and images you provide. Do not list items you do not have the right to sell. GeoffTrader may remove listings that are misleading, inappropriate, or in breach of these terms.

Listing limits

Free allows 1 active listing and 5 photos. Seller allows 3 active listings and 10 photos for £6 a month. Power Seller allows 8 active listings and 15 photos for £10 a month. Dealer allows 25 active listings and 25 photos for £25 a month. Paid plans are rolling monthly subscriptions and may be cancelled through Stripe.

If your allowance falls below what you already have, GeoffTrader does not delete existing listings or photos. You cannot add another listing while you are at or above the active-listing limit. Marking a car sold or deleting a listing frees a slot.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid tiers renew monthly until cancelled. Stripe handles Checkout, payment details, receipts and subscription management. The price and any applicable tax are shown in Stripe before you confirm payment. GeoffTrader does not store your full card details.

You can cancel or update payment details through the Manage subscription link in your GeoffTrader account. Cancellation and plan changes take effect according to the date shown in Stripe. There are no annual plans or introductory trials in this launch design. Refunds are handled where required by law and your statutory rights are not affected.

If a renewal payment fails, paid allowances continue for a seven-day grace period. After that, the Free allowance applies unless payment is recovered. Existing content is not deleted. For a billing problem, use the contact form; never send card details through it.

Buyer and seller contact

Contact details are shared between buyers and sellers only where the seller has opted in. Do not use contact details obtained through GeoffTrader for spam, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to the listing.

No guarantees

The site is provided as-is. GeoffTrader does not guarantee that the site will always be available or free from errors, and does not act as a party to any sale between buyers and sellers.
