Hardware: new when fitted Genuine BorgWarner JCW Turbo, Airtec Front Mount Intercooler, AEM Cold Air Intake, GFB DV+ diverter valve T9353, and a full silicone hose kit induction side. Ignition: NGK 1422 EVO X (ILKR8E6) spark plugs (fresh set fitted within the last 4,000 miles). 4x DINAN Coilpacks. Exhaust system: Genuine JCW exhaust manifold, Full Scorpion SMN011 cat-back system (with the optional Scorpion middle resonator), and a Scorpion SMNC011 Track Downpipe. Drivetrain, Gearbox & Engine Maintenance At 62k miles new SACHS JCW clutch, flywheel, throw-out bearing, rear main crankshaft seal, and new shifter cables. Powerflex Purple front lower arm rear polybushes and whiteline rear ARB polybushes replaced at the same time. Engine/Gearbox Mounts: Powerflex Yellow upper Engine mount inserts, lower torque mount (Yellow/Purple) and yellow gearbox mount. Timing Chain: Replaced at 45k miles as a precaution after finding small plastic fragments from the guides in the sump pickup. The job included new genuine intake and exhaust VANOS gears, Timing chain, crankshaft pulley, tensioners, and Febi Bilstein guides. Recent Maintenance (Past 12 Months): Genuine timing cover replacement, both VANOS solenoids replaced, and fresh NGK EVO X plugs installed and frequent oil changes every 3k miles (fresh oil change 21/09/2026 using Liqui moly 4200 and genuine oil filter). New Bosch battery in January-26. New air filter June-26. Chassis, Alignment & Braking Coilovers & Arms: MeisterR ZetaCRD+ coilovers (fitted May-25) with front adjustable top mounts paired with KND Engineering lower rear control arms. Harnesses: 3-point Sabelt harness setup using 2 factory seatbelt mounting points and 1 purpose-drilled hole through the 3mm thick steel seat side-mount brackets. Factory belts remain in car. Steering & Shifter: MOMO Model 78 wheel on a B-G Racing Quick Release Hub with an 80mm spacer and functional horn button. Full CravenSpeed short shifter assembly (includes short shifter, retaining clip, boot delete). Audio Setup: from factory this car has the boost system. The Lower door 6.5” woofers upgraded to JBL Club 64, and rear 6x9s upgraded to JBL Club 964M. Upper 4” door speakers upgraded to Audison AP K4E. Boot floor and doors has Silentcoat treatment.
