1997 Volvo V70 2.0 10v Base

Hi all, I'm selling my 1997 Volvo V70 2. 0 10v. Before I got it, the car was in the same family since new. The original owner bought it new in May 1997 and spec'd it in a uniquely. Find another with a wooden gear knob matching the other wood trim. He had a large cassette collection so didn't want the CD player. new had it serviced every year at Clelands Volvo (yes, the touring car legend John Cleland's dealership) where he bought it, and the extensive service history shows it was his pride and joy. Sadly, when he passed away, his son-in-law bought it. He had it from 2020; he was an ex-Rover mechanic, and he did all the work himself using Volvo parts, explaining the gap in the service history. I've just had the timing belt and aux belt done at Craig Moncreiff Cars, a full service, and it's been undersealed. There is not a spot of rust on this car, and as you can see, it drives spot on. It's a very rare spec; the first owner specced it from new. I've never seen the olive green on the San Remo interior with all of the wood, but rest assured it's all standard. The miles are high at 182K, but it doesnt matter one bit. It could probably go on for another million; it's very tidy inside and out.
