Golf mk1 convertible, 1.9 sdi engine , 5-speed, electric power steering, electric front windows, roof good condition, Gti lookalike, Lhasa green, ( mate painted but not the best ), I have used it for 4 years , averages 70+ mpg anywhere , I’ve run it into the ground basically & needs work now, steering rack worn ( new Mahle one supplied ), tyres need replacing , tailpipe broke off ages ago ( brand new exhaust supplied ), brake master cylinder seals playing up, ( front brakes stick on after about 7 miles, I stop & wait a few mins, pump brake, they release, then I go on my way, been like this for 3 years ), generally a good solid car, priced to sell. 07591190396

Needs someone who can give it a little TLC. MOT expired. Recent cambelt, front shocks and new fuel pump. Needs work to wings (available), fuel tank strap, exhaust manifold. The sills are looking tatty in places now but haven't failed an MOT to date. Some cosmetics required or put your own VW scene stamp on it. Runs and drives well apart from noisy exhaust. Autobox can be a bit slow when cold but it's always been the same and you soon get used to it. A usable project car.
