1996 Volvo 850 2.5 non turbo
For sale or will swap for something interesting. This is Geoff's old red Volvo that he restored in a YouTube video. I bought this car from Geoff a couple of months ago and it’s being so much fun just got back from a long trip in wales and it didn't miss a beat! But now I think it’s time to pass it onto someone else to enjoy as due to work commitments it’s going to end up sitting for a while if I keep it. The car will also come with a box of spare parts I bought from eBay worth over £150 The car its self is in honest condition. Mechanically it’s absolutely sound no unwanted leaks or noises and the chassis is really tidy it’s had lots of work done this year including: * Refurbished alloys * Fitted new tyres * New tailgate struts * Fitted new hoses * Replaced the armrest * Replaced indicator housings * Replaced door cards * Fitted the factory Volvo roof rails Bad points are: The body work is a little rough but not awful but the paint is peeling in multiple spots it would look fantastic with a respray. The exhaust in a blowing in the centre which is a easily fix The rev counter works when it feels like it but the Speedo and fuel gauge works as it should. Slight dent in the boot door should easily pop out. Any questions please ask!

1995 Volvo 850 T5 Manual BTCC Tribute
*£4500 open to offers* MOT until July 2027 A rare opportunity to own an increasingly sort after Volvo 850 T5 Manual. The car was originally red, but has been painted white and transformed with a BTCC-inspired livery. The car has been enthusiast-owned and enjoyed as a daily driver over the past two years of my ownership. I now commute for work which drives the sale, as much as I'd like to keep it! The car is far from concours and will need some love, but it can be driven daily, as I do, and as it should be! The previous owner was a fabricator and kept the car garaged for approximately five years while restoring it. During this time it received new sills and a boot floor, and was fully stripped back, undersealed and zinc coated. *Recent Maintenance*: - Genuine Bosch camshaft position sensor fitted (August 2026) - Genuine Bosch distributor cap and OEM rotor arm fitted (May 2026) - OEM crankshaft position sensor fitted (May 2026) - OEM offside front brake calliper fitted (March 2026) - New front brake discs and pads (March 2026) - OEM heater matrix hoses replaced (December 2025) - Coolant hoses replaced (December 2025) - Front brake hoses replaced (both sides) (August 2025) - Genuine Volvo fuel pump fitted (July 2025) - Underside cleaned back, rust treated, zinc coated, and fully undersealed (2024) - Timing Belt replaced (2024) - New Sills and Boot Floor (2024) - New tires (2024) The car is structurally solid underneath and presents very well from below. *Modifications (nothing silly, just tasteful few bits)*: - White respray with BTCC-inspired graphics - BSR induction kit - K&N cone air filter - Bilstein Shocks and Apex Lowered suspension - Forge intake and dump valve - Volvo 850 Titan alloy wheels A custom fabricated full 3" TIG welded stainless steel exhaust from turbo back with 4" tip is also available by separate negotiation if desired *Known Faults*: - Headliner sagging - Heater blower currently not working - Driver side window switch inoperative - Odometer not working - estimated mileage closer to 166,000 - Slight oil leak on engine but not excessive - Rear bumper mounting bracket requires replacement - Paintwork shows its age and reflects its daily use - Coil springs beginning to show signs of corrosion - Common issue of ABS & Tracs light on This is not a concours example, nor is it pretending to be one. 1995 Volvo 850
This is one that I bought to save, it's a Volvo 850 CD 2.5 TDI Auto, but it has a sunroof, which is cool because CDs usually don't. It's low mileage, but had been off the road a very long time, and needs a gearbox. This price 'as listed' is for the car and a gearbox but as a going concern! If I get around to getting all the work done, it'll get re-listed. It DOES have an MOT but I've no idea how.
